WHO’S BEHIND IT

I’m Shane Black.

Twenty-odd years running hands-on businesses: a training college, online stores, a marketing agency, a stone and fabrication shop. Every one of them nearly drowned in the same paperwork, and every time the fix was the same: systems, not more hours.

Now I build those systems for other small businesses, with AI where it earns its place. The system stays simple. You stay in control of it. And I’m building this practice the same way, in public, so you can check my working.
