A week to a plan you can run.
A fixed-scope review of your workflows: the quoting, the chasing, the double-handling. I find what’s eating the week, sort it into automate, systemise or leave alone, and hand you a plan you own, with or without me after.
Founding-client rate of $750 for the first three, in exchange for a named testimonial.
One week, five steps.
Fixed scope, fixed price. Here’s everything that happens between the fit call and the plan landing on your desk.
Book it if.
Skip it if.
Straight answers.
What do I actually walk away with?
The dated action plan card: every workflow reviewed and sorted into automate, systemise or leave alone, in the order I’d tackle them. Plus my notes and the session recording. It’s yours to run, keep or hand to someone else. Nothing is held back.
Do I have to build it with you afterwards?
No. The plan stands on its own. Most people book one Workflow Sprint next to get the first thing built, but plenty run the list themselves or hand it to their team. Either is fine, and I’ll tell you in the walkthrough which jobs are safe to tackle solo.
How is my business data handled?
I only look at what you choose to show me in the session, and nothing is fed into public AI tools. My working notes live in a private workspace and are deleted on request. If you have a confidentiality agreement, send it over before we start. The data-handling page covers the rest.
How soon can we start?
Usually within a week of the fit call, depending on your calendar. The audit itself runs one week end to end once we begin: session early, plan by the end of the week, walkthrough booked before you’re left wondering what happens next.
What does it cost again?
$1,500 fixed, confirmed on the fit call before you commit. The first three clients pay a founding rate of $750 in exchange for a named testimonial once the plan is in hand. No hourly surprises, no scope creep. One price, one week, one plan.
Not sure it’s a fit? The call’s free.
Twenty minutes. You tell me what’s eating your week, I tell you honestly whether the audit will help. If it won’t, I’ll say so.
