It’s easy to blame the other person when there is a communication breakdown.
They didn’t do this, or they didn’t do that, or they said this, or they were like that etc.
We often forget to look at ourselves though.
Have we really communicated the best way possible?
Have we adapted our approach to the situation?
Have we listened before talking?
Have we considered all sides to the story?
We need to be in control of how we communicate. With ourselves, with loved ones, with friends, with colleagues, with customers, and with anyone else that we cross paths with on a daily basis.
