Becoming stagnant

When things become stagnant, it’s time for a change.

Failing to do so generally means you’ll continue along the same path with sub-par outcomes and results.

You don’t want that. There’s no point working so hard and making sacrifices to get to where you are, only to be getting average results from your efforts.

This applies to every aspect of your life too.

Relationships, business, fitness, health, mindset, routines, etc.
