Brainstorming

How often do you have an idea but nothing ever happens with it?

You think about it at the time, you might even write the idea down. You think you’ll come back to the idea another time. But that time never happens.

This is where so many great ideas die without ever having the chance to become reality.

What I’ve found best to do is brainstorm the idea out as soon as I can. This way it’s fresh in my mind. This is also when I’m most likely to have the most motivation about the idea.

I’ll brainstorm on paper, an app, a Google Doc, or even a napkin. I’ll use whatever is available to me at the time. Later on, I’ll transfer those thoughts, notes and ideas into a digital format that I can refer back to.
