Busy without making progress

Just because you are busy, it doesn’t mean you are making progress.

It’s easy to fall into the trap of being the wrong kind of busy.

Although you’re working and putting the effort in, it’s on the things that aren’t going to be moving you forward.

It’s on the things that either someone else could be doing or they don’t really need to be done at all.

As you go about your day, make sure what you are working on is directly related to something that is going to move you forward. Either towards achieving a goal or generating income.

If it’s not, either save it for when you have some downtime or scrap it altogether if you can’t delegate it.
