As I’ve written about previously, I’ve started doing monthly challenges this year.
The idea of these were to set myself challenges as a bit of fun throughout the year while also doing some things that I probably wouldn’t normally do.
I’m mid-way through the second challenge and I can already see these challenges are having a positive impact on me. They are pushing me to do things that are uncomfortable but it’s getting me in the mindset of doing this every day that is helping to push me harder and further with everything else that I’m doing in life.

If you’re looking for a way to push yourself and get more out of yourself, I strongly recommend challenging yourself.
It doesn’t have to be with monthly challenge’s like I’m doing. It just has to be in a way that will work for you and not in such a way where it’s impossible for you to do.
