Just because everyone has something to say, it doesn’t mean you have to listen to them.
Everyone has an opinion.
Everyone has their way of doing things.
Everyone wants you to listen and follow what they say.
A range of motives can come into play when listening to other people. It could for financial gain, personal gain, professional gain or some sort of other self-serving motives. You never know.
Listen to what others have to say if you have too, but you be the judge of what you take onboard. Or what you implement and pursue further.
Take ownership of who you listen to so you are confident about the decisions you make. Don’t listen to others blindly and think you’ll always get the outcome or desired result that they promise or talk about.
