There was a time when I would compartmentalise my life. I had a business life and I had a personal life. Everything had to fit within one of these lives that I was living.
As a result, I had compartmentalised my life and didn’t allow for business and personal to mesh together at all.
This was a big mistake. I came to realise that I only have one life and needed to live it without complicating it.
So I started living it as one and let the old business and personal lives merge together.
As a result, I now do things when they feel right. My days are a mixture of business and personal things and I have the freedom to easily jump between different things without stressing out because I’m doing “work” things in “personal” time.
