We can either internalise things or externalise things. There’s a fine line to get a balance between the two.
When you keep something inside of you, it creates stress that then builds towards anger.
But, going around openly voicing your opinion about everything isn’t the answer either.
There will be times where approaching the person directly is the better option.
Other times, venting to a friend, colleague or partner will be the better option.
Venting will help to get something off your chest, but choose how you do it wisely.
