I was reminded recently that I needed to dumb it down, in the context of creating content.
I was over analysing what was needed and overcomplicating what the reader would actually find valuable.
By taking a step back to reassess what I was trying to create and then dumbing it down, everything all of a sudden became clearer.
So much clearer to the point where I was able to come up with 10x more content than what I had been thinking and working on.
The lesson is … you don’t have to be fancy in order to get a message across.
Simpler, is often better.
