Every day, you should either be getting better or getting worse.
The thing you don’t want to be doing, is staying the same.
Staying the same means you aren’t trying anything or you aren’t pushing yourself hard enough.
Getting better means you’ve put in the effort to get better. You want it and you’re achieving it.
Getting worse means you’re either trying and failing or something just isn’t working and needs to change. Either way, there is room for improvement and something for you to focus on in order to get better.
