How do you react?

Life isn’t so much about what happens to us, but rather how we react to what happens.

Our first instinct is to get upset, angry, frustrated or anxious when something bad happens or something doesn’t go our way. These emotions won’t help in finding a solution to what has happened or preventing it from happening again.

Staying positive, hopeful and enthusiastic is a much better way to react.
