I have heard people say this when talking about starting a business.
It blows my mind and I can’t help but laugh.
Have they been fooled by the false entrepreneur perception that exists on social media? Or do they really have no idea about what it takes to start, grow and run a business?
One thing I know for sure, you don’t go into business if you don’t want to work hard.
Being in business is about working hard and doing it every single day because it’s what you want to be doing rather than working for someone else.
And maybe one day, just maybe, you’ll be able to sell your business and get rewarded for the years of hard work and sacrifices that you put in.
That’s when you won’t have to work hard.
Until then though, toughen up or simply don’t go into business.
