If something was to happen to you today, and this was your last day…
Are you happy with the life you have lived?
So many people will think about this and not be able to say “yes” confidently.
They will think about the things they haven’t done, but have wanted to.
They will think of friendships or relationships that haven’t been how they wanted them to be.
They will think of ideas they had but never got around to doing anything about them.
Life can be short.
I’ve been reminded of this too many times over the past year as I’ve heard about people I know who have passed unexpectedly.
If we aren’t waking up happy with the life we have lived, we need to take immediate action to change that.
The change needs to happen today, so come tomorrow we have a better chance of being able to answer “yes” when we ask ourselves if we are happy with the life we have lived.
What do you need to do today so you can be happier with the life you are living?
Spend time with the people who are important to you.
Tell someone how you feel.
Fix a problem or situation rather than letting it build and get worse.
Do something that you have always wanted to do.
