Make Your Bed

Yeah, I mean the bed you sleep in.

It might seem like such a trivial thing when trying to achieve more in business and life.

But, psychologically, it prepares you for the day.

It gives you that first tick of the day for something you’ve completed.

It gives you a feeling of organisation before you step out into the world for the day.

If gives a feeling of pride which will make you feel good and more confident as you start your day.

If you don’t make your bed already, give it a try and see if it makes a difference.

If you already do, put a little more effort into how you make your bed and see if it makes a difference.
