Start your day off right with some movement every morning.

It makes such a big difference for me when I do this helps me jump into the day.

It can be as simple as star jumps or pushups, running, home gym exercise or actually going to the gym.

Even yoga can make a big difference and it’s something I’ll sometimes do in addition to a workout.
