Movement creates motivation

I have always found that I have the most motivation when I’m moving.

A combination of daily exercise, being active and generally getting out of the house to do things.

By always moving, it keeps my body active and my mind stimulated.

It’s easy to get stuck in a routine where you basically wake up, go to work, come home, sit on the couch and then go to bed. This isn’t helping you though. It’s not getting you closer to your goals. It’s not keeping your mind in a healthy state of being alert and active.

If you want more motivation in your life to achieve goals, bring move movement into it.
