Never underestimate the power of a short nap during your day when you need it.

The next time you are feeling overwhelmed, tired, stressed, have brain fog or are struggling to concentrate, try having a nap.

See how you feel after a short ten to twenty-minute nap.

I think you will be surprised at how good you feel.

You might think you are too busy for a nap, but by having one you can give yourself a new lease of life for the rest of the day.

That’s worth finding the time for.

For those that don’t operate on a lot of sleep each night, a short nap during the day can help to maintain the shorter sleep cycles of a night.

The key is to not fall into a deep sleep which is why the ten to twenty-minute time frame is ideal.

Once you hit a deep sleep cycle you will wake up feeling even more tired and will struggle to reap any immediate benefits from the nap.
