If someone isn’t reaching their goals.
If someone isn’t breaking a bad habit.
If someone isn’t overcoming a challenge.
They simply don’t have enough reasons to.
Having just a desire or a little bit of pain or discomfort generally isn’t enough reason to instigate radical change in your life.
You have to hit a point where you can no longer handle how things have been because it is having too much of an effect in other areas of your life.
