There are times when we get stuck.
A problem, a situation, a challenge; something we just don’t know what to do with.
Sometimes we brush it aside, preferring to deal with it another time.
Often though, we’ll keep coming back to it and end up in the same situation over and over again. Still not knowing what to do about it.
When you find yourself in this predicament, it’s time to tackle it head-on.
This is when I’ll be found pacing the room for one, two, three or even more hours.
I’ll pace the room until I come up with ideas, possible solutions and action plans to move forward and not be back in the same situation again.
As much as it feels like I’m wasting time by pacing the room, I know I’ll waste even more time by continuing to avoid it.
Tackling it head-on, as painful as it feels, is the best option.
