Saying it isn’t believing in it

Just because you say something, it doesn’t mean that you believe in it.

In order for there to be belief in what you are saying, there needs to be emotion.

It’s the emotion that brings a stronger belief when you say it.

In having the emotion, you are connecting yourself more to what you are saying which then increases the chances of you having more conviction in what you are saying.

You can have affirmations and say them every day, but without having any emotion when you say them, there isn’t going to be that strong belief in them. And, it’s that strong belief that you want when saying affirmations.
