Schedule no work

I’m the type that will work 7 days a week, week after week, and love every single minute of it.

But, I know after a while my productiveness and the effectiveness of my work starts to dwindle.

Sometimes we just need that little break to clear the mind, relax the body and keep in touch with the reality of life.

We need to be able to schedule no work without feeling the guilt of not working for that period of time.

There’s nothing wrong with scheduling out a time of no work, whether it’s a full day or a few half days in a week.

Use that time to regroup with yourself so you’re ready to go again.
