We often get carried away with the bigger picture of something and then quickly get overwhelmed because we don’t know where to start.

By taking baby steps, we can avoid this.
Sure, think about the bigger picture but then break it down into smaller more achievable stages which can then be broken down into daily tasks.
Each day, do one little baby step that moves you forward and closer to achieving what it is you want to achieve.
When doing this, don’t forget to celebrate your daily achievements or reward yourself on the weekend if you’ve achieved all your baby steps throughout the week.
Remember, it’s better to be taking baby steps than no steps at all because you’re overwhelmed and don’t know what to do.
