If you’re the smartest person in the room, you’re in the wrong room.
Instead, be the dumbest person in the room.
That way, you have something to learn from everybody else.
Constantly surrounding yourself with people that you can’t learn anything from isn’t going to challenge you and it’s not going to motivate you.
Put yourself in situations where you can ask lots of questions and learn from people that have done what you want to do and can help you get there.
