The problem is worse than what it is

This is a common assumption which in most cases, is wrong.

Automatically assuming the worst every time there is a problem only creates unwanted stress and anxiety. When we do this, we go into panic mode and don’t think or act logically.

Instead, gather the facts, speak to people, take a breath, and then judge the problem for what it is.
