We all fight silent battles within ourselves.
Battle are sometimes won, but more often they are lost.
The battles are different from person to person. Depression, anxiety, lack of self-confidence, self-doubt, addiction, loneliness etc. are examples of them.
There is no easy solution to avoid these battles. Some people learn to deal with them while others don’t.
Sometimes though, just sometimes, it can help to hear and know that everyone goes through these battles and that you aren’t alone.
