Love them or hate them, the truth about routines is that they work.
Some people fight them because they don’t like the structure, or they’re too hard to follow, or they like to be spontaneous.
But, routines keep you on track and give you a framework to live your life by. Without them, you’re generally going to waste time, forget about things, or focus on things that aren’t moving you forward.
You’ll struggle to find any successful person that doesn’t use routines in their life.
