The value of daily practice

You very rarely achieve something overnight.

It generally takes time.

Lots of time learning, practising, trying, repeating etc.

To get good at something, it’s doing this day after day, often for years at a time.

If you aren’t achieving what you want, it’s likely that you aren’t applying the time and effort into what you need to be doing.

You aren’t valuing the benefits, and need, of daily practise.
