Any time you spend on your body is an investment.

Going to the gym.
Getting a check up.
Going in a sauna or steam room.
Spending time meal prepping.
Getting a massage.
Going for a facial.
Doing a cold bath.

It’s not wasted time, and it’s not time that should be spent some where else.

Investing in your body is one of the smartest things you can do. It’s your body that is going to help you get through al the hustle to where you want to be life. More importantly, it’s your body that’s going to allow you to live longer to enjoy the perks of what you create for yourself.
