I’ve generally found waiting for inspiration doesn’t work.
Instead, I have to create an environment that encourages inspiration.For me, that can include having a whiteboard around to brainstorm on, paper to jot notes down on, books that are related to the topic that I can skim through, lists of ideas that I have already thought of etc.
Creating the environment jump starts the inspiration.
