What did you fail at today?

This is a good question to ask yourself at the end of every day.

What did you fail at today?

This challenges you to assess how your day really went instead of just thinking of a few positives, what you did and what you’re grateful for.

Having failures in your day isn’t a bad thing. It means you are progressing and trying new things. The failures are what drive you forward to bigger and better.

You don’t have to fail at something every day, but if you go too many days where you haven’t failed it’s probably a sign that you aren’t pushing yourself enough.

Welcome the daily failures and learn from them. Tomorrow gives you a new day to try again and to try and get a different result.
