I see people that have goals but struggle to do anything to achieve them.
Although they want to, they just don’t know where to start or what to do.
It’s amazing to see how after a session or two with them that they can see their goals more clearly and realise it’s not that hard to get started on them.
You have to start by breaking down your goals into a few main life categories. Then break things down further. Then choose a few that you can focus on at a time in different areas of your life.
