A good way to deal with challenges, problems or turbulent times, is to accept the reality of them.
There is no point passing blame, worrying about things that are outside of our control, feeling sorry for ourselves, or wishing we had handled things differently.
By accepting reality, we acknowledge a situation for what it is.
We accept it and move on with what we can do about it to overcome it, stop it, or adapt to a new way of business or life.
