If you’re looking for a way to find more time in your day, start by cutting out your meetings.
They can be the biggest waste of time.
Most of the time they aren’t needed and don’t achieve anything more than what could’ve been achieved in an email or group chat.
In the past, as a CEO, I would spend most of my days in meetings. Looking back, I have to wonder how much more I could’ve achieved if I had been smarter about meetings.
Should a meeting be needed, only have the absolutely necessary people in it and limit its duration. There’s nothing wrong with having a 15 minute meeting!
