If you are building a new business this year, put deadlines on everything that you are doing to build it.
Otherwise, everything will stretch on for too long and you’ll spend too much time building it without launching it. Which then means you’re delaying making any money from it.
I’ve been guilty of this in the past. It’s so easy for you to keep adding to the list of things you want to do as part of building a business before you actually launch it.
In reality though, most of it doesn’t matter and the business can launch without it. All that extra stuff can be done later on.
Plan out the launch of your business and set firm deadlines on the different stages. And then get to work and don’t let project creep come into and postpone those deadlines!
