Gym memberships

When you’re choosing a gym membership, although cost comes into the decision, it shouldn’t be a primary factor in what you choose.

A gym membership is more about finding somewhere that you are going to feel comfortable with. A place that will motivate you to reach your goals. A place where you will want to go every day/week to train.

Considering you’re going to be paying a lot of money over the course of a year in membership fees, you at least want somewhere that you like, rather than the closest or the cheapest gym near you.

Look around and trial different gyms before deciding on one and signing a contract. You want a gym where you like the equipment, the layout, the people there, the staff, the facilities and the overall atmosphere.

You’re going to be spending time and money there, so find somewhere that fits with your lifestyle and expectations.
