When you wake up and instantly think of the problems you have to deal with today, it instantly puts you in a negative state of mind.
You are then, consciously and subconsciously, thinking of how bad the day is going to be.
It’s hard to get yourself out of this frame of mind once you are in it.
Start the day by telling yourself it’s going to be a good day.
It’s going to be a good day because you won’t allow the problems to make it a bad day. You know problems are part of making progress in your business and life and you will deal with them as they arise.
