If you’re paying someone to do a job, let them do the job.
Don’t be watching over their shoulder or hanging around while they try to do their job. It frustrates them and takes their full focus away from doing the job they should be doing.
This applies to any situation. Whether it’s an employee, someone you’ve hired around your home, a tradesman or someone you’re paying a fee to for a service.
Let them do their work!
