Everybody makes mistakes.
I do. You do. We all do.
We are quick to judge people on their mistakes.
Yet we are slow to give someone a second chance.
By being more forgiving, we are able to see people’s weaknesses and understand that nobody is perfect.
Most of the time, a person isn’t out to upset you on purpose.
Their actions or behaviours may make you feel that they are, but that’s because of the way you’re interpreting the situation.
When we are more flexible in giving people a second chance, we find that people are more forgiving when we make stupid mistakes ourselves.
