When trying to accomplish something, it’s always best to develop the habits and routines to achieve it once you start.
But, it’s not always this easy and we end up stopping. Things come up, obstacles present themselves, we change direction, we over-commit our time to other tasks etc.
Just because we stop though, it doesn’t mean we can’t start back up again.
It’s better to stop and start than to stop and forget about what it is we are trying to achieve.
Even if it takes multiple stops and starts, keep persisting until you form the habits and routines to keep at it constantly.
